1. Eligibility

• The promotor is Supreme Petfoods Limited.
• This promotion is open to residents within the Promoter’s distribution territories aged 18 and over, excluding employees of the promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. • Participants must have internet access and an active email account to enter.

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion closes on Friday 31st July 2026 at 23:59 GMT. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must scan the QR code featured on the promotional packs and follow the instructions to complete the entry form.
• No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

4. Prizes

• Your chance to win an Apple iPAD
• Prize is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to select and substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• On winner in each country (UK, France and The Netherlands) will be selected at random from all valid entries on the August 1^st 2026.
• Winners will be notified by email and must claim their prize within seven days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it reverts to the promoter and may be awarded in a subsequent draw.
• The prize will be dispatched to each winner’s address within 28 days.
• The winners may be asked to participate in relevant publicity associated with the prize draw.

6. General Conditions

• By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

• Data may be used for marketing purposes by the promoter if participants opt-in during entry.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
• The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter cannot be held responsible for any technical fault, malfunction, loss, damage, delay, or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms and conditions if such event is due to an event beyond the promoter’s reasonable control.
• Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their entries into the prize draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the prize draw, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.
• The Promoter may refuse to award the prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions.
• The Promoter may require the winner to provide proof of identity and age. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any late, misdirected or incomplete entries, or effects of hackers, failure of any electronic equipment, computer transmissions and/or network connections, nor are they responsible for any inaccuracies in information or any technical or human error, which may occur in processing the entries. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
• The Promoter, and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any errors that are beyond the control of the Promoter. In the event the prize draw is compromised by any cause beyond the control of the Promoter (including, but not limited to, hackers and viruses) which, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, corrupts, or impairs the administration, security or fairness of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate all or part of the prize draw.
• The Promoter and any affiliated companies are not responsible for any entry, generated by computer hardware or software, malfunction, error or failure. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this prize draw, as solely determined by the Promoter, will be disqualified.
• The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, costs, expenses or claims suffered by entrants as a result of entering the prize draw or of accepting the prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or other prize alternative.
• The Promoter cannot be held responsible if, for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prize is no longer available. The Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of equivalent value.
• The decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
