Supreme Science Selective Exotic Vet Grant 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Prize Overview
The Supreme Science Selective Exotic Vet Grant 2026 (“Prize”) is sponsored by [Supreme Petfoods] (“Sponsor”). One veterinary practice in the UK will receive £2,000 to improve rabbit welfare through facilities, equipment, handling, or clinical provision.

2. Eligibility
Open to UK veterinary practices providing rabbit care and operating legally. Not eligible: Sponsor employees, directors, their immediate family, or practices with owners connected to the Sponsor.

3. Application
Applicants must submit: practice details, a description of the proposed rabbit welfare improvement, intended use of the £2,000 Prize, expected benefits, and any supporting documents. Applications must be received by [date].

4. Selection
Applications are assessed on welfare benefit, feasibility, impact on care, and innovation. Judging decisions are final, made by a panel appointed by the Sponsor, which may include independent veterinary or rabbit welfare experts.

5. Prize Conditions
The £2,000 Prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and must be used solely for the described rabbit welfare improvements within 3 months. Funds cannot be used for personal expenses, staff bonuses, or unrelated debts. The Sponsor may substitute an equivalent award if necessary.

6. Evidence of Use
The winner agrees to provide evidence of use, such as photographs, invoices, or a summary of improvements, upon request within 3 months.

7. Publicity
The Sponsor may publish the practice name, project summaries, and photographs on promotional materials, social media, company website, and general press. Confidential information will be published only with prior approval.

8. Independence & No Endorsement
Receipt of the Prize does not constitute endorsement of Sponsor products. Veterinary decisions remain entirely independent.

9. Tax & Liability
The winner is responsible for any tax liabilities. The Sponsor is not liable for indirect, consequential losses, or failure to implement the project, except where prohibited by law.

10. Data Protection
Personal data will be used solely to administer the Prize in accordance with UK data protection laws.

11. Changes & Governing Law
The Sponsor may amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction to its courts.
